Classified documents
The subpoena of Mike Pence as part of the January 6 investigation has increased the likelihood of Donald Trump being indicted for his handling of classified documents.
The FBI searched former Vice President Mike Pence’s Indiana home on Friday to look for additional documents with classified document markings.
The search was done in cooperation with Pence’s team, which had been in touch with federal officials about it in advance.

DeSantis / education
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said in a press conference Monday that the state's legislature would "look to reevaluate" its relationship with the College Board as part of the ongoing feud between the state and the organization.
DeSantis has been feuding with the College Board over its Advanced Placement African American Studies course.
DeSantis has been praised by conservatives for his moves ranging from reopening schools during the coronavirus pandemic to his recent skirmish with the College Board.
DeSantis' advisers have begun reaching out to and interviewing potential hires for a campaign and are gaming out the best time to announce his intentions.
A DeSantis presidential campaign launch is likely still months away.
